This position reports to the Operations Manager and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for travelers.<br> </p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li><p>Overseeing full-service and/or quick-service restaurant operations at Kelowna (YLW) Airport.</p></li><li><p>Managing and developing a high-performing team through effective training and coaching.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring outstanding hospitality, sanitation, safety, and adherence to all company policies.</p></li><li><p>Driving operational excellence by managing food and labor costs, maintaining shared P&L accountability, and running efficient shifts.</p></li><li><p>Upholding company values while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience: Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Manager level experience in a full-service w/bar environment required, including P&L responsibility.
