Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (based on experience and Portfolio assigned)

About the Role

We are hiring two Residential Property Managers, each overseeing a different portfolio with distinct experience requirements


  • Southwest Edmonton Portfolio
  • Downtown (DT) Edmonton Portfolio


This is a full-time, in-office position based out of the Whyte Ave office (free parking included). You will take ownership of your assigned portfolio, manage day-to-day operations, and build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and onsite teams.


Portfolio 1: Southwest Edmonton

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000


This portfolio requires a strong, experienced Property Manager with confidence in budgeting, community engagement, and affordable housing environments.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong budgeting and financial management experience
  • Proven experience working with affordable housing
  • Experience planning and leading community events
  • Ability to manage complex tenant needs and stakeholder relationships
  • Confident decision-maker who can operate independently
  • Use Yardi to manage property data and reporting (experience is an asset)


Portfolio 2: Downtown (DT) Edmonton

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000


This portfolio is ideal for a Property Manager who is operationally strong and eager to grow. No prior budgeting experience is required - training and support will be provided.


What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in day-to-day property management operations
  • Excellent tenant relations and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple buildings
  • Willingness and interest in learning budgeting and financial reporting
  • Open to coaching, mentorship, and professional development
  • Use Yardi to manage property data and reporting (experience is an asset)
