*CHAITONS LLP* is currently recruiting for a _*Residential Lending Real Estate Law Clerk*_ to join our busy real estate department. This is a permanent, full-time position offering full health, dental and disability benefits upon successful completion of a three month probationary period. Potential opportunity for this position to become Hybrid/Remote.*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Managing a high volume of residential mortgage transactions from beginning to end;
* Preparation of all required documentation;
* Communicating in a professional manner with our lender clients, lawyers and other third parties;
* Ability to managea large workload volume and problem solving with minimal supervision;
* Meeting strict deadlines with excellent multi-tasking skills;
* Preparing reporting letters to clients.
*SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*
· Minimum 5 years residential real estate experience;
· Ability to work independently;
· Law Clerk orLegal Assistant Diploma/Certificate from a recognized institution;
· Strong technical skills with proficiency in Teraview, Conveyancer and MS Office applications;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
