Relocation to the British Virgin Islands is needed for this role. We are looking for a detail-oriented Replenishment Analyst. The ideal candidate will utilize strong analytical skills and Excel expertise to manage demand forecasting, optimize inventory levels, and streamline the replenishment process.

This self-motivated individual should thrive in a data-driven environment and be committed to accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Demand Planning: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast product demand and collaborate with category managers to adjust forecasts based on promotions and seasonal changes. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, create replenishment orders, and address overstock or low-stock situations to ensure product availability.

Replenishment Optimization: Develop tailored replenishment strategies using sales data and customer insights to enhance inventory management. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions to analyze sales and inventory data, generating reports on performance and stock levels. Collaboration: Work with suppliers, logistics teams, and store managers to streamline the replenishment process and proactively communicate supply chain issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or related field. Experience in demand forecasting and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and communication abilities. Self-starter with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
