This is a flexible, full-time agency role ideal for a nurse who thrives in dynamic environments and is open to working a mix of shifts, including </span><strong >overnights (10pm6am)</strong><span >.</span></p> <p><span >The successful candidate will provide high-quality resident care while also being available for </span><strong >last-minute shift coverage</strong><span > and </span><strong >regular RPN shifts</strong><span >. Schedules are provided in advance, though some may be given only 12 days ahead of time, especially around weekends.</span></p> <p><strong >Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents in accordance with care plans and professional standards.</li><li>Administer medications, monitor resident health, and perform assessments.</li><li>Support wound care, early intervention, and resident safety practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure quality care.</li><li>Be available for last-minute shifts and able to adjust to changing schedules.</li></ul> <p><strong >Requirements</strong></p> <ul><li>Current <strong>RPN license (CNO)</strong> in good standing.</li><li>Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Must be <strong>open to overnight shifts (10pm6am)</strong> in addition to day/evening shifts (6am2pm, 2pm10pm).</li><li>Flexible availability, including <strong>last-minute coverage</strong> and weekends.</li><li>Recent (within 6 months) <strong>TB Test and Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)</strong>.</li><li>Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul> <p></p> <h3><strong>Compensation & Details</strong></h3> <ul><li><strong>$34$38/hour</strong> (depending on experience).</li><li>Agency role with full-time hours and consistent shift opportunities.</li><li> <strong>Location:</strong> Newmarket, Ontario.</li><li>️ <strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate</li></ul> <p> </p><p><br></p> <p> </p>
