The main tasks:
Personnel Management (On-site at the Client)
- With your positive energy, you warmly welcome and ensure the full integration of new employees.
- You actively engage with your employees by investing time to understand their career aspirations and supporting their professional development in collaboration with managers.
- You approve timesheets, coordinate schedules, and monitor absenteeism cases.
- As a health and safety ambassador, you work closely with our OHS team to ensure that employees consistently operate in a safe environment by enforcing best practices.
Recruitment (At the Office)
- When notified of new applicants, you promptly contact potential candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
- For every position you manage, you meet candidates to assess their profiles and place them in the most suitable roles.
- You build lasting relationships with candidates and actively promote available job opportunities.
- You enjoy visiting job sites to better understand the work environment and the teams you recruit for.
- You contribute to growth initiatives by expanding your network within the industrial sector and leveraging your business development skills.
- You remain flexible and open to handling any other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- You have about 2 years of experience in personnel and customer service management
- Recruitment and integration of new employees are not unknown to you because you have done this before.
- You have access to a vehicle to visit clients in the greater metropolitan area.
Salary: Between $60,000 and $75,000 per year
Schedule: Day shift, full time.
Status: Permanent.
