Job Description
About Our client: Our Client is a mid-size, client-oriented firm dedicated to delivering value-added legal services with a personal touch. We specialize in various areas including family law, real estate, wills and estates, probate, and immigration law.
· Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
· Speak to coworkers, clients, opposing law offices, court staff and all other people in a professional and courteous manner
· Keep the office tidy by light cleaning around the office
· Create and send out correspondence as required
· Schedule appointments
· Greet everyone in a professional manner that attends the office and fill out intake forms and copy IDs
· Make photocopies as needed
· Keep track of incoming faxes and send to the appropriate Lawyer/Clerk
· Contact potential clients who are looking to book an appointment and scheduling same
· Other duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
