Our financial services client is seeking a Receptionist for an exciting 1-year contract opportunity!

This is an on-site position, located in Downtown Toronto, ON.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain daily events electronically through Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Maintenance of multiple meeting rooms to include, as needed.
  • Maintenance of Reception area to keep it clean and stocked.
  • Assisting with special projects as assigned by manager.
  • Issuing of visitor passes and parking validation
  • Handles incoming mail and packages for the bank including sorting, researching and emailing partners.
  • Performs various administrative duties such as preparing documents or reports.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years prior experience in an office receptionist/administrative assistant position.

    Experience in banking, lending or trust is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to operate a multi-line call directory system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Possess strong customer service principles and practices
