Our financial services client is seeking a Receptionist for an exciting 1-year contract opportunity!
This is an on-site position, located in Downtown Toronto, ON.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Maintain daily events electronically through Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Maintenance of multiple meeting rooms to include, as needed.
- Maintenance of Reception area to keep it clean and stocked.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned by manager.
- Issuing of visitor passes and parking validation
- Handles incoming mail and packages for the bank including sorting, researching and emailing partners.
- Performs various administrative duties such as preparing documents or reports.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years prior experience in an office receptionist/administrative assistant position.
Experience in banking, lending or trust is preferred but not required. - Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to operate a multi-line call directory system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Possess strong customer service principles and practices
