Are you a licensed real estate agent seeking to broaden your skills in the realm of residential and commercial real estate? Compensation:$100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and nurturing leads, working directly with clients, and learning the ins and outs of residential transactions.

- Mentoring & Coaching: Receive hands-on mentorship and guidance in commercial real estate from experienced agents to help you grow your knowledge and skills.
- Flexible Work: Work remotely with occasional office meetings. No need to work on-site unless desired.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate experience preferred. A passion for expanding into commercial real estate is a must.
- Commitment to Learning: While formal training isn’t required, we’re looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow with our support.
- Self-Starter: You’ll need to be proactive in managing leads and clients while working independently.
