If you are selected for this position, you will work as part of the Radio Product Systems and Integration team, which does hardware and software design and integrates them to validate the functionality and performance of new radio products.**What you will do:*** Work in a tight collaborative group focused on designing, testing, and troubleshooting new hardware/software Radios to ensure that the overall product can meet its functional and performance requirements* Lead taskforces and technical teams during the design and integration of radio products* Connect multiple digital & analog radio frequency (RF) designs into a product prototype* Be responsible for the functional and performance integration of new products* Develop calibration and performance optimization procedures* Define test coverage required for product integration* Implement test automation and validation methods using scripting in python or MATLAB* Analyze results, drive product design updates, identify potential system design shortcomings, and influence future designs* Perform statistical analysis of measurement data**The skills you bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in programs specialized in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.* 5+ years with designing, testing, and troubleshooting new hardware/software Radios* Experience with 3GPP standards* Experience with troubleshooting acumen* Experience with object-oriented programming skills (Python, C++ an asset)* Experience or knowledge within scripting in MATLAB are* Experience with RF Engineering skills* Energy and drive to thrive in a dynamic product development environment* Proficient English skills, both written and spoken* Strong problem solving and analytical skills* Strong team and interpersonal skillsTop skillsCommunicationBudgetingAutoCADElectrical EngineeringDesignAsset ManagementAgileAccounting5GTelecommunicationsData Privacy AgreementI agree that my CV can be used to identify skills and experience for job matching and application, and the recruitment team may reach out for job opportunities purposes.
