<p><b>Title: </b>Quantitative Developer</p><p><b>Client: </b>Elite FinTech Start-Up</p><p><b>Salary: </b>Up to $200,000 CAD + Bonus + Benefits</p><p><b>Location: </b>Montreal (Hybrid)</p><p><br></p><p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p><p>Our clients are looking for a skilled and innovative developer to help shape the next generation of our front office risk and analytics platform. You’ll collaborate directly with traders and quantitative teams to design and implement high-performance Python frameworks that drive real-time pricing, risk, and decision-making across the business.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities (Full Spec. Available):</b></p><ul><li>Lead the design and development of scalable, production-grade risk and pricing components;</li><li>Partner with quants and front office teams to industrialise models and analytics;</li><li>Drive best practices in software design, testing, and performance tuning.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Who You Are:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience with Python;</li><li>Strong compsci fundamentals (degree ideally but not essential);</li><li>An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn about markets and trading;</li><li>A proactive mindset, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.</li><li>Personality!</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Apply now or reach out directly: hhandelman@hunterbond.com for more details</p>
