<p>We are seeking a <b>Quality Systems Manager</b> to lead and evolve quality frameworks across our operations. You’ll play a strategic role in ensuring compliance with customer, project, and industry standards, while helping the business maintain certifications and drive continuous improvement.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ensure quality systems are fully implemented and maintained to align with applicable standards.</li>
<li>Report on performance of quality systems to senior leadership to support ongoing improvements.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver quality systems, product safety, and core tools training programs.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison for Registrars, assessors, and customers in relation to certification and compliance matters.</li>
<li>Coordinate plans for compliance, lead audits, and drive resolution of non‑conformities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Advanced Functional Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Guide internal teams in applying quality management frameworks aligned with ASPICE, Functional Safety (ISO 26262), and Cybersecurity standards.</li>
<li>Assess embedded software deliverables (quality plans, risk strategies, configuration management, etc.).</li>
<li>Support risk management across the product lifecycle.</li>
<li>Lead and support audits/assessments against standards such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.</li>
<li>Continuously review deliverables to align with V‑Model processes and identify areas for process optimization.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage non‑conformance processes and support issue resolution across software lifecycle stages.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Software/Controls Engineering, or equivalent.</li>
<li>3+ years’ experience in automotive development with a focus on electro/mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Proven knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li>
<li>Familiarity or experience with Cybersecurity standards (e.g., VDA TISAX) and vehicle‑level cybersecurity is a plus.</li>
<li>Exposure to hydrogen powertrain or alternative propulsion technologies will be considered an asset.</li>
</ul>
