We are currently looking for a Quality Control Specialist who is detail-oriented, analytical, and improvement-driven to help us uphold our high-quality standards. You will play a key role in preventing non-conformities, analyzing deviations, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. You’ll also be a trusted partner to our transportation, logistics, and customer service teams. Why join us ? Main Responsibilities: * Monitor quality incidents and manage non-conformities thoroughly. * Analyze root causes of deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions. * Work closely with operations, transport, and customer service departments to improve processes. * Generate and monitor quality-related KPIs. * Develop, update, and optimize internal procedures. * Prepare and present quality reports and regular analyses. * Support internal audits and assist in customer audit preparation, when needed. * Promote a culture of quality within the teams. * Perform other related tasks supporting continuous improvement. Requirements: * Degree in a relevant field (quality management, logistics, business administration, etc.). * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in transport or logistics. * Excellent spoken and written French and English. * Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). * Familiarity with Quebec/Ontario geography is an asset. Additional Details: * Initial in-person training in Montreal (candidates must be able to travel there; the trainer may travel if necessary). * Remote work possible after training. * Ideally, candidates should live within a reasonable distance of Mississauga. * Group insurance after 6 months (50% paid by the employer).
