<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>In the role of QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of AssistIQ\'s software products. You will own the quality of new features; from test planning, execution and feedback throughout the development cycle.</p>

<h3>What You Will Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the product and engineering team to understand user requirements and new software features on the product roadmap</li>
<li>Lead test planning for new releases across various products on the platform (mobile apps, web services and analytics dashboards)</li>
<li>Mentor junior QA Engineers</li>
<li>Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications</li>
<li>Analyze, interpret, and communicate qualitative and quantitative findings from tests and monitor bug resolution efforts and track results and known defects</li>
<li>Participate in design and code reviews to provide quality assurance feedback</li>
<li>Conduct full regression testing as part of new release readiness</li>
<li>Analyze test executions and product defects to understand root cause and improve software quality</li>
<li>Develop and implement automated testing strategies for continuous integration</li>
<li>Collaborate with customer support to reproduce and troubleshoot production issues</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years\' experience in software quality assurance</li> <li>2+ years\' experience building and executing test plans</li>
<li>1+ years\' experience testing mobile applications an asset</li>
<li>Solid understanding of QA best practices</li>
<li>Experience with test case management tool such as TestMo, Qase, Charles, etc.</li>
<li>Understanding of APIs, mobile app and web architecture</li>
<li>Strong background in end to end manual testing including BE and FE</li>
<li>Clear and proactive communication</li>
<li>Understanding of automation frameworks</li>
<li>Experience with automated testing tools an asset</li>
<li>Experience testing healthcare or supply chain systems an asset</li>
<li>Ability to analyze business requirements, create test cases and prioritize issues as needed</li>
<li>Comfortable in fast-paced environments</li>
