About Us

Kids Clinic Inc. is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice specializing in developmental assessments and therapeutic services for children and youth. We provide diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and coordinate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Psychometrist experienced in ADOS-2 assessments to join our clinical team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Psychometrist who is trained and experienced in conducting ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) assessments for children referred for autism evaluations, including those accessing ABA therapy. The ideal candidate has strong clinical observation skills, excellent documentation habits, and the ability to support small administrative tasks related to patient files.

This is a contractual role with flexible scheduling based on assessment needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Duties

  • Conduct ADOS-2 assessments with children and youth referred for autism evaluations.
  • Score and document ADOS-2 results accurately and thoroughly.
  • Work collaboratively with the supervising psychologist and multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure all assessment materials, forms, and notes are organized and complete.

Administrative Duties

  • Update patient profiles and ensure required documents are uploaded into charts.
  • Scan, upload, and maintain assessment-related documentation.
  • Contact families when required for scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, or clarification.
  • Stay on top of assessment timelines and follow up on pending information.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and PHIPA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Formal ADOS-2 training is required.
  • Prior experience conducting ADOS assessments (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Experience working with children and individuals with ASD.
  • Strong organizational, observational, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage both clinical and light administrative responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues.
