Key Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for ChatGPT and other large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct prompt engineering experiments to enhance AI performance across different domains and applications.
- Analyze AI-generated outputs, identify weaknesses, and refine prompts for better context understanding.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate AI models into applications.
- Develop guidelines and best practices for prompt construction and fine-tuning.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI responses, biases, and inconsistencies.
- Document experiments, findings, and prompt templates for future reference and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- 1+ years of industry experience developing GenAI and LLM applications.
- Experience working with GPT-4o (ChatGPT’s base LLM), or other foundational models (Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for AI model interaction.
- Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts to optimize LLM outputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills to convey AI behavior insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with fine-tuning or customizing LLMs.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering tools like LangChain.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
- Experience working in industries where AI-driven automation is critical (e.g., customer support, content generation, chatbots).
