TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Description:</strong></p><p> • You will be planning, directing, and coordinating activities across Finance IT Regulatory Projects to ensure project goals or objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget as part of the Finance IT Project Management Team. </p><p> • The Finance IT PM team supports the Finance Function and Finance Change Management teams in the project delivery for related IT applications and initiatives.</p><p> • Plans and executes projects including managing project scope, requirements changes, multiple and competing demands and priorities as well as determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk using appropriate fact-based metrics assumptions. </p><p> • Works with Business Technology Owners to ensure that the deliverables achieve the business result that enables value creation</p><p> <strong>Required Skill Sets:</strong></p><p> • Accounting Sub-Ledger Advanced project management knowledge including plan development; scheduling methodology; project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting; risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies; cost/benefit analysis and alternatives identification; budgeting, financials, and benefits management.</p><p> • Possesses a working knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies</p><p> <strong>Desired Skill Sets:</strong></p><p> • Experience in Project Management framework-PMP, CSM or similar Agile certification</p><p> </p><p>Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
