As we scale, we’re looking for a detail oriented and hands-on Intermediate & Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact software implementation and optimization projects across various industries. What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional software projects-from planning and scoping to execution and go-live.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Clients to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps and timelines.
- Establish project plans, resource estimates, budgets, and timelines using Agile and/or hybrid methodologies.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead project meetings, providing clear communication, alignment, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote accountability and clear deliverables ownership across project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes, documentation, and tooling.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects (B2B or enterprise preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid environments.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen-you understand the ‘why’ behind every project.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Asana, or similar.
- While being fluent in English is a requirement, being fluent in Spanish and/or French is a strong asset.
- PMP or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
