<p><b>Duration:</b> <b>11+ Months Contract with possible extension</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p><b>Summary: </b>You're a strategic and collaborative project management professional with a passion for delivering enterprise-wide transformation. As a Project Manager, you'll lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change and operational excellence. You'll work closely with Program Management Office and business partners and functional leads to enable execution of the transformation roadmap.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership, functional leads, and delivery teams.</li><li>Governance and Reporting: Adept at embedding governance structures and reporting mechanisms that drive accountability and transparency.</li><li>10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-functional projects in corporate environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of organizational design and change management principles.</li><li>Experience working in financial services, engineering, or public sector environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.</li><li>PMP certification required; Agile Certified Practitioner is an asset.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives.</li><li>Experience supporting organizational design and transformation efforts, with familiarity in ADKAR and Prosci frameworks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Roles & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Strategic Project Delivery: Lead the planning and execution of client's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation, a high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional leads and business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. Foster collaboration across matrixed teams to drive accountability and shared ownership.</li><li>Governance and Reporting: Establish and maintain governance structures, reporting frameworks, and communication plans that support transparency and informed decision-making. Prepare updates and support steering committee discussions.</li><li>Organizational Design and Change Enablement: Support organization design and transformation efforts with strong change management skills.</li><li>Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Proactively escalate challenges and recommend solutions to maintain momentum and delivery confidence.</li><li>Tool and Process Optimization: Leverage tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to manage project plans, track deliverables, and communicate progress.
