They serve clients in the energy, data center, and infrastructure industries and are known for delivering tailored, high-performance systems with technical precision.</p><hr /><p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br />We&#39;re hiring a Project Manager to lead the Engineering and Project groups within a growing transformer division. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the technical and operational execution of complex transformer-related projects while acting as a key liaison across internal and external teams. This role requires a strong foundation in electrical engineering, solid project management capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations.</p><hr /><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br /> Oversee engineering and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of transformer projects<br /> Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across departments<br /> Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting progress to executive leadership and clients<br /> Review technical specifications and ensure engineering solutions align with project goals<br /> Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry codes, and quality protocols<br /> Facilitate site visits, client meetings, and coordination with external vendors as needed<br /> Identify project risks and actively manage mitigation strategies</p><hr /><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br /><strong>Required:</strong></p><p> Must be based in Canada<br /> Degree in Electrical Engineering<br /> 3–5+ years of project management experience in an engineering or technical environment<br /> Fluency in English and Mandarin<br /> Strong communication and organizational skills<br /> Willingness to travel across Canada and the U.S.</p><p><strong>Preferred:</strong><br /> Prior experience working with transformers or substation equipment<br /> PMP certification or formal project management training<br /> Experience managing remote technical teams</p></p></p></p>
