Responsible for thoroughly understanding the contractual obligations and managing the project accordingly by working with all of the stakeholders of the project.</p><p></p><p><strong>What You Will Do </strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for having a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations and managing the project accordingly</li><li>Responsible for the review of all project specifications and documentation necessary to develop a thorough understanding of the scope of work, client expectations, budget, deliverables, schedule</li><li>Responsible for establishing a project execution plan that may include teams on different Thermon locations and implementing it on the project</li><li>Responsible for establishing major deliverables schedule and setting milestones</li><li>Responsible for identifying and communicating resource requirements to the PSD for planning</li><li>Responsible for communicating project scope, schedule, and all other information to the engineering design team</li><li>Responsible for managing and controlling change</li><li>Responsible for project communication with internal and external clients</li><li>Responsible for maintaining budget and schedule and providing status/update reports to PSD and Lead Designer</li><li>Accountable for quality assurance in the project</li><li>Responsible for communicating with and understanding the Construction Manager&#39;s role, progress, cost and scope of work, issues and concerns, and incorporating this in the project execution plan (if applicable)</li><li>Responsible for project closeout</li><li>Responsible for maintaining the <strong><em>Project Controls </em></strong>folder structure</li><li>Provides input in the development of Global and Regional procedures as required</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Knowledge & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Electrical is preferred.</li><li>Technically competent to understand Thermon business; Thermon offerings of material and services, including design process and how different choices during design affect his/her project bottom line.</li><li>Deliver projects with lower costs and higher profit margins.</li><li>Drives improved productivity with higher worker morale (less stress)</li><li>Has an outstanding degree of organizational and coordination of the internal activities for a successful project execution.</li></ul></p></p>
