Hays has teamed up with a well-established general contracting company to find their next outstanding Project Manager with experience in general contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, scheduling, cost control, safety, and compliance with contractual obligations. Depending on business needs, the role will involve overseeing both Residential and ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) projects.
The role is based in Woodstock, with 5 days in office.
You will be entitled to 3-4 weeks of vacation, a standard benefits package, plus bonuses and much more!
Basic requirements:
- College/University degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of stipulated price contracts, construction management contracts CCDC 5A/5B
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., ViewPoint, Fieldwire)
