Then we want you on our team. Here’s a quick rundown of those tasks and responsibilities you’ll own as a project manager: Lead projects and manage their progress with stakeholders.

Coordinate all application and technology deliverables to meet business objectives and priorities while respecting agreements, costs, and deadlines. Manage, in close collaboration with teams, all requested changes, solutions testing, and the implementation strategy for the project’s application and technology axis.

Develop risk analysis, impact, and related strategies to manage the application and technology axis risk level. But, as mentioned, no two days are alike at Cofomo, so if you like routine, then you may not like it here.

The role of a project manager Technologies and methods Approach: Sound material, financial, and human resources management combined with proven technologies and methods ensure quality project management and a timely delivery.

Our project managers use current methods that include Agile, Prince2, or PMBOK (Project Management Body Of Knowledge 2014-2017) from PMI (Project Management Institute). A growing number of Cofomo’s project managers are PMP certified, issued by PMI, PSM and Prince 2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments – 2009).

We also use reference frameworks, such as CMMI, OPM3, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27002, as needed. In addition, our consultants are masters at innovative (Agile/Scrum/SAFe/Kanban) or traditional (waterfall) project delivery, project planning, and the use of tracking tools (e.

g. , Microsoft Project) in individual or enterprise versions.

General approach Whether for a business or an IT project, our approach works within the context and is designed to ensure that the project reaches objectives with sufficient stakeholder involvement. Depending on project scope, we will propose a governance structure that includes the participation of the appropriate coordination, management, and decision-making committees (directors/executives), and the necessary checkpoints (gating).

Our experts Before undertaking a mandate, Cofomo’s agile project managers ensure that the client’s standards and methods are used. If the client hasn’t established any yet, current project management methods, such as Agile, Macroscope or PMBok are used by our consultants.

They’re familiar with innovative (Agile/Scrum) or classic (waterfall) project delivery approaches as well as MS Project tools in individual and enterprise versions (EPM). Sounds exciting.

Here’s The You We’re Looking For: We’d love to get to know you, but until we do, this is the project manager profile we hope you share with us: Qualifications: Your Track Record University degree in computer science or management, or any relevant combination of experience and education 5-7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years in IT project management Experience working within a large organization. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (portfolio > $3M), from study of opportunity to completion.

Experience in strategic project management; software integration/interfaces, external integrator, and vendor management. Skilled in multidisciplinary team management and mobilization.

Ability to manage in complex situations. Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity. Solution-oriented approach.

Technologies and tools: Experience with MS Project/EPM Experience with project management tools (e. g.
