Our client is a prominent player in commercial, industrial and electrical engineering in Canada from Food and Beverage manufacturing to Petro Chemical and Electrical Engineering. With over three decades in business, they provide innovative and cost-effective solutions and quality service to their clients.The successful candidate will have responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of the projects, and manage several tasks to ensure it finishes on time and within the allocated budget.*Role Responsibilities Leading a team towards shared goals and objective* Creating, filing, and maintaining detailed documentation* Using technical tools and software programs to plan and organize milestones* Delegating tasks to the most suitable team members* Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback* Calculating and managing potential risks* Anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues as they arise* Supporting team members to ensure they complete tasks on time* Resolving team conflicts* Tracking project progress and preparing detailed reports* Managing financial, human, and material resources* Ensuring client satisfaction* Mentoring team members and providing professional guidanceDetermine what was effective and what to improve for future project*Role Requirements Strong focus on customer service* 5+ years progressive experience in commercial, industrial, electrical construction* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, expert in Excel and Microsoft Project.* 5+ years experience communicating and dealing with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.* LEED certification, Journeyman Certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.* 3+ years experience in Industrial Petro-Chemical industryCompensation: A comprehensive compensation plan will accompany the successful candidate based on experience and qualifications.
