What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure across supply chain and digital integration initiatives
- Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and quality standards
- Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to enhance production planning, logistics, and fulfillment processes
- Manage data migration and system integration projects using ETL tools, middleware, APIs, or EDI
- Ensure regulatory compliance in project delivery within validated systems, including GxP and FDA standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7–10 years of overall experience, with specialization in SAP and Supply Chain projects
- 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, WM, PP)
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and manufacturing processes
- 3+ years of experience in data integration projects using API, EDI, or ETL tools
- 5–7 years of proven project management experience using Agile/Waterfall/hybrid models
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP MDG or S/4HANA migration
- Exposure to serialization, cold chain, or logistics automation systems
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- Understanding of data governance frameworks
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Prince2
