<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>At EXFO, we’re pushing the boundaries of digital platforms to deliver a seamless and intelligent customer experience. As our new <b>Digital Platforms Operations Specialist</b>, you’ll be the go-to expert for the performance, reliability, and evolution of key digital tools — from product data systems to customer-facing interfaces. You’ll be the one who not only maintains the system but also improves it, connects the pieces, and helps us move forward. If you live at the intersection of operations, tech, and strategy, we want to hear from you.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Own day-to-day operations for a suite of digital platforms — ensuring stability, usability, and alignment with business goals.</li><li>Manage and maintain digital product catalogs, ensuring clean, structured, and enriched data across platforms.</li><li>Act as the bridge between Marketing, IT, external partners, and business stakeholders — aligning priorities and enabling execution.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements.</li><li>Execute content updates and data imports, solve operational issues, and ensure system performance is consistently high.</li><li>Document and share processes, create training materials, and support internal adoption of tools.</li><li>Elevate customer experience through platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><h3>Managed Digital Platforms Include</h3><ul><li>Product Information Management (PIM) system</li><li>Online product catalogs (including Shopify platforms)</li><li>AI-powered chatbot integrated with the website</li><li>EXFO.com enhancements and digital tool integrations</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong understanding of web technologies, digital platforms, and content management systems.</li><li>Familiarity with PIM systems, e-commerce platforms, and AI-powered solutions.</li><li>Proficient in managing and analyzing data using Excel and CSV files.</li><li>Familiarity with basic HTML is a plus.</li><li>Excellent project management and coordination skills.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.</li><li>Collaborative team player</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h3>Required Profile</h3><ul><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies</li><li>A solution-oriented, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-platform environment</li><li>Bilingual (English/French) – essential for our global and local audience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Business, IT, or a related field</li></ul><h3>Why EXFO?</h3><p>We’re not just building test and measurement solutions — we’re enabling smarter, faster networks that power everything from AI to 5G.
