Join a dynamic team in the energy sector as a Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting pipeline construction and community expansion projects in Brampton, ON.


Role Overview

  • Support LTC filing for community expansion projects.
  • Execute design decisions for pipeline construction drawings.
  • Lead multiple pipeline projects and designs for end-to-end project management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute community expansion projects.
  • Support scoping and create scoping decision records.
  • Execute line picks, surveys, SUE work, CCI, Kerotest Valves, and pipeline conditioning.
  • Create and manage Maximo WOs and prerequisites for pipeline installation.
  • Manage Maximo attachments, PCFs & Rec. governance forms, and revision markups.
  • Oversee internal and external approvals process (OTP).
  • Support field changes and create high-quality sketches for permitting.
  • Request purchase orders and support ordering of long lead items.
  • Conduct pre-work and information gathering for updated forecasts.
  • Cross-train between Project Management, Design, and Sales units.
  • Assist in logging customer survey information and communication.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Pipeline design expertise.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and GIS.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in pipeline operations or engineering environment.
  • Project management certification or experience is an asset.
