<p>"Do you want to manufacture a vehicle that saves lives?"</p><p>Role: Production Technician - Chassis Prep/ Box mount/ Undercoat</p><p>Location: Saskatoon</p><p>Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday (5:45 pm to 4:15 am)</p><p>Crestline Coach is a long-established family orientated organization in Saskatoon, SK, that has grown to become North America's leading ambulance manufacturer Crestline Coach has strong values that align with our culture that demonstrate a customer-centric focus, leadership, integrity, family spirit, and excellence in all we do.</p><p>As a Chassis Prep – Box mount / Undercoat, you will be able to:</p><ul><li>Mount box body to chassis</li><li>Install component pieces such as bumper, running boards, fuel filter etc.</li><li>Prep the chassis by making the necessary modifications needed for it to fit the conversion – i.e. remove mounting pucks from frames etc.</li><li>Perform a general quality control check to ensure that all specifications and quality standards are met</li><li>Ensure quality of workmanship conforms to specifications and eliminate rework in all applications</li><li>Vehicle prep and undercoating</li><li>Ensure equipment is maintained as necessary</li><li>Knowledge of 12-volt electrical systems and test equipment</li><li>Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32" tolerance.</li><li>Understand quality measurements to adhere to ISO requirements.</li><li>Conscious of and adhere to safe work practices.</li><li>Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.</li><li>Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arms length for an extended period of time.</li></ul><p>Benefits We Offer</p><ul><li>4X10 schedule</li><li>Job stability</li><li>Coverall & Boot allowance</li><li>Prescription safety glasses program</li><li>Social Committee events: breakfasts, lunches, monthly birthday treats and more</li><li>Free electrified parking</li><li>Free 24/7 access for you and your family to an online doctor</li><li>Group benefits Plan (Health, Dental, AD&D, Life Insurance and Disability)</li><li>Monthly employee newsletters</li><li>Open door policy to encourage employee questions or concerns.</li><li>RRSP & eligible for Pension after 1 year of employment</li></ul><p>Note: Journeyman papers are not required.</p><p>Crestline offers a competitive wage and benefits package.
