**Job Title: Production Scheduler**
**Job Description**
The Production Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining weekly production plans to ensure inventory requirements are met. Working closely with the Business Unit Manager and Production Department, the scheduler adjusts plans as needed to meet operational goals.
**Responsibilities**
Develop and maintain weekly production plans to meet inventory requirements.
Collaborate with the Business Unit Manager for approval of production plans.
Adjust production plans in coordination with the Production Department as needed.
Utilize SAP ERP for production planning and inventory control.
**Essential Skills**
Minimum 3u20135 years of direct production scheduling or manufacturing experience.
Strong proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
Demonstrated organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to stay level-headed under pressure.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Post-secondary education or certification in Production and Inventory Control (e.g., C.A.P.I.C.).
Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
Experience in supporting commercialization processes and coordinating production trials with cross-functional teams.

**Work Environment**
The work takes place in a large manufacturing/GMP facility that is temperature-controlled and very clean, featuring heavily automated and state-of-the-art equipment. Compliance with GMP requirements, including wearing PPE such as hairnets, beardnets, coats, and safety shoes, is mandatory. The facility operates on a 24/7 schedule with day shifts available, and consists of about 400-500 employees with approximately 100 people per crew across four crews.

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
