We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a Production Manager to lead operations for the Precast division. The role focuses on improving plant efficiency, minimizing costs, and promoting a strong safety culture while maintaining key relationships with customers, employees, and partners.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead production teams to ensure smooth fabrication and delivery of precast products.

  • Collaborate with Quality Control to maintain high manufacturing standards.

  • Build efficient processes that drive productivity and performance.

  • Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment.

  • Manage and motivate a team of 20–40 employees effectively.


Qualifications:



  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience; Civil Engineering preferred.

  • 5–10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or precast production.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; flexible to travel up to 5%.
