An excellent role on offer for a Production Manager looking to join a global FMCG company where you will work in a technically challenging and interesting role, whilst managing a team of experts.

This award-winning manufacturer operates in the FMCG industry where they supply food solutions to the retail and food service sectors. They have excellent reputation within the industry and are known to look after their staff.
Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join their expert team.
In this role you will report to Plant Manager, and you will have 4 direct reports. You will oversee all production onsite, be responsible for training and growing your team and you will manage budgets for this site.
This role would ideally suit a Production Manager who has worked for a food manufacturer, where you will manage a team of experts, whilst working in a technically challenging role.
The Role:
Responsible for 4 direct reports; 80 indirect reports
Oversee all production onsite
Manage budgets in the millions

The Person:
Must have food manufacturing experience
Must have management skills
