Job Description

We're looking for a
Production Designer
to join a fast-paced retail marketing team. This is a
full-time contract
through the end of the year
(for now), with
3 days onsite in Vaughan
and 2 days remote.

In this role, you'll work closely with a
small, collaborative design team
in a fast-paced environment, keeping
weekly promotional flyers,
digital ads, and print POS materials
moving smoothly.

What you'll do:

  • Design and execute
    weekly promotional flyers
    using established templates
  • Create assets for
    digital advertising and print point-of-sale materials
  • Quickly resolve design issues during team meetings
  • Communicate proactively around timelines and any delays
  • Ensure
    brand alignment, consistency, and accuracy
    across all deliverables

What we're looking for:

  • Advanced proficiency in
    Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Strong
    production design skills
    with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable
    juggling multiple requests
    in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly
    responsive, organized, and collaborative
