Youare responsible forproducing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy.<br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Plan and prioritize product development and product feature backlog<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Develop detailed product feature specifications and <span >ensuretheyreclearly</span> understood by relevant teams<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Mitigate roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Builda product pricing strategy with therevenue teamsand other stakeholders<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Build a GTM strategy for the product in alignment with sales and marketing</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Contribute to product documentation, demo environments,and otherenabling material</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Responsible for the overall quality of the delivered products<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Manage the entire cycle from conceptualization to deployment of product lifecycle<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Provide support to existing customers on the product needs<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Build a product roadmap for the products<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Responsible for gathering requirements from the clients<br /></li></ul><p></p><p>About you:</p><ul><li>Five or more years of experience in product development, <span >productmanagementand/or</span> business analysis, especially in Finance,Banking orCredit Union industries<br /></li></ul><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of <span >agilemethodologyfor</span> product development<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Experience in customer experience/CRM implementation</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Experience with products sold through a marketplace<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of business value related to features and functions<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in related discipline<br /></li></ul><ul><li>Proficiencywith applicable productmanagement tools and technology</li></ul><p><br /></p><p></p><p>Who are we?</p><p>Since 2001, Solutions Metrix has been implementing CRM in companies of all sizes and industries, whether they are in Montreal, Quebec, or elsewhere in Canada or in North America.Our team of specialists master a very large number of CRMS without being linked to any.We always recommend the best CRM to our customers according to their needs andobjectives.
