<p><strong>Senior Product Owner</strong></p><ul><li>Pay rate: $/hour (based on T4 classification)</li><li>Contract Length: 4 months</li><li>Location: Calgary; Hybrid work requirements - 3x/week in the Calgary office (2x/week at home)</li></ul><p>Raise is currently hiring a Senior Product Owner team member on behalf of our client, a leading Canadian airline. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.</p><p><br></p><p>Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><p>The Senior Project Owner will lead the implementation of a new Mobile App.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Product requirements - supporting building product requirements to support net new features</li><li>Stakeholder communication and management- support our BU stakeholders via timely and clear communication and product progress updates</li><li>Product delivery - working with the delivery team, create user stories and support devs and QA through delivery and testing issues and challenges. Support change in requirements asks including increased scope</li><li>Prioritization - support with priority management for feature development including descoping or prioritizing issues where necessary and supporting with removing blockers through implementation</li><li>Collaboration - be a team player, working alongside a group of POs to ensure alignment of feature delivery and strategy across the entire Mobile App product</li></ul><p><strong>Must have qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (Technical/ Business/ Science)</li><li>7+ years of experience working in digital or emerging technology</li><li>5+ years of experience working with a digital product</li><li>Experience working in and leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment</li><li>Experience defining scope and managing key deliverables for large projects</li><li>Experience with software development and an appreciation for project management</li><li>Proven experience in roadmap management, user story development and prioritization</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced knowledge in the following practices (preferred):</li><li>Mobile User Experience & Design</li><li>Agile Product Development</li><li>Adobe Analytics and Performance Tracking</li></ul><p><strong> Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills</li><li>A working history that shows a commitment to transparency, trust, and collaboration across all levels of seniority and stakeholder groups</li><li>A love for education and learning about best-in-class practices, customer experiences, and industry trends</li></ul><p></p>
