<h3>Job Description</h3>
<h3>Electrical Draftspersons</h3>
<ul>
<li>Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for electrical systems, customer add‑ons, rebuilds, and safety solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Maintain drawing libraries and supporting documentation for project execution.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Mechanical Engineers</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design mechanical systems and components for power generation and industrial applications.</li>
<li>Perform technical analysis, calculations, and integration of non‑CAT components.</li>
<li>Support project execution through design reviews, vendor coordination, and field support.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and customer specifications.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Junior and Senior Engineers</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead engineering deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring quality and technical accuracy.</li>
<li>Program PLCs on platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.</li>
<li>Interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project goals.</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Automation Engineers</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, program, and commission control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.</li>
<li>Integrate automation solutions into power systems and industrial equipment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to meet operational requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Project Managers</h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead end‑to‑end project execution, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and customer teams to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.</li>
