Are you a professional cleaner with post-construction cleaning experience? Join our team as a Subcontractor and help us deliver top-notch cleaning services for our growing client base!
About the Role: We are seeking skilled and reliable subcontractors to perform post-construction cleaning at various sites throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. You will play a vital role in ensuring that newly constructed or renovated spaces are spotless, presentable, and ready for occupancy.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform detailed cleaning of construction sites, including dust removal, debris disposal, and surface polishing. • Clean windows, walls, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces to perfection. • Handle and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies effectively. • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with site-specific requirements.
Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 1 years of post-construction cleaning experience. • Business Status: Must be a registered business. • WSIB Coverage: Proof of Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) compliance is required. • Insurance: Must carry valid liability insurance. • Equipment & Supplies: Access to professional-grade cleaning tools and supplies is preferred. • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel across the GTA and surrounding areas.
