We are a family of three my husband, our 1-year-old daughter, and me. My husband works a hybrid role, and I run a home baking business. Our daughter is a sweet, playful child who enjoys engaging with toys and exploring her surroundings. She can play independently for short stretches but still needs interaction and engagement throughout the day. She has been sleep trained, although some days can be more challenging than others. Were looking for a caring and patient sitter to help with playtime, feeding/preparing her small meals, and supporting her sleep routine. We would need help for about 45 hours a day, from Wednesday to Friday.
