We are seeking applications from qualified individuals for the full-time position of *Plumber Journeyperson - Service Technician*
_*Job Requirements:*_
- Journeyperson Plumber - Saskatchewan ticket required OR
- 3rd or 4th year Apprentice will be considered with applicable experience
- 1-2 years experience minimum as Service Technician in Plumbing & HVAC field
- Knowledge of hand and power tools necessary for the job
- Personal hand tools are required
- Knowledge of low voltage electrical, reading ladder diagrams
- Comfortable working at heights or in small spaces
- High School Diploma, minimum of Grade 10 math & science
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License & clean driver abstract
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
- Dependable team player, with a positive attitude
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Strong ability to follow directions
- Punctual, reliable work attendance

- Must be open to working longer hours when necessary
*Responsibilities*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures using hand and power tools.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout and installation procedures.
* Perform HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates and requirements.
* Conduct routine inspections and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.

Pay: $38.00-$48.00 per hour
