Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong><br />A market-leading North American manufacturer is seeking a driven, results-focused Plant Manager to lead operations at one of its most advanced and high-output production sites. </p><p>This is a confidential hire, ideal for a candidate who can lead transformation and foster accountability across a complex operation.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: Plant Manager</strong></p><ul><li>Foster a strong culture of workplace safety by upholding and advancing corporate HSE standards</li><li>Deliver effective, motivational leadership across plant operations, emphasizing collaboration and employee morale</li><li>Identify, develop, and retain high-performing staff through targeted recruitment, training programs, and performance oversight</li><li>Ensure operational excellence by meeting or exceeding benchmarks in efficiency, cost, quality, scheduling, and ongoing improvement</li><li>Lead Lean Manufacturing practices and integrate globally recognized systems such as Six Sigma</li><li>Track, report, and act on key performance indicators to maintain productivity and operational alignment</li><li>Continuously assess and optimize organizational structure and staffing to match business demands and future growth</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications and Competencies Plant Manager </p><ul><li>At least 5 years of leadership experience within a high volume manufacturing environment</li><li>Proven success overseeing manufacturing operations, including quality, inventory, and process optimization initiatives</li><li>Deep understanding of Lean principles and CI methodologies, with hands-on application in plant settings</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or Business; an MBA is considered an asset</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving financial and operational performance</li><li>High proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems</li><li>Approachable, team-oriented leader with excellent communication and organizational capabilities</li><li>Ability to evaluate complex systems and introduce meaningful improvements without compromising day-to-day output</li></ul><p></p><p>What Sets This Facility Apart Plant Manager </p><ul><li>High-volume, high-output production environment</li><li>CI-led, engineering-driven culture with initiatives executed in-house</li><li>Opportunity to drive operational revamp and leave a lasting impact</li><li>Supportive and established executive leadership with strong tenure</li></ul><p></p><p>Application Process<br /> This is a confidential search.
