JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Prepare and stretch fresh pizza dough consistently to the required specifications
  • Create pizzas with a variety of toppings, sauces, and cheeses, ensuring balance, accuracy, and presentation
  • Operate and maintain a wood-fired, gas, or electric pizza oven at optimal temperature
  • Monitor pizza cooking times and adjust techniques to ensure a consistent bake
  • Maintain a clean and organized pizza station and follow all food safety standards
  • Prepare ingredients (slicing meats, chopping vegetables, grating cheese, etc.) as needed
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak periods
  • Maintain inventory and notify the Head Chef of any shortages or equipment issues
  • Follow recipes and techniques consistent with our brand’s identity
  • Train and mentor junior staff as needed
