<p>Overview<br><br>TheraBounce Inc. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team We specialize in therapeutic trampolining for children and adults with a range of disabilities, creating engaging and individualized therapy experiences.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.</li><li>Implement trampoline-based and other OT-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>A degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.</li><li>Current provincial licensure or certification as required.</li><li>Experience working with children and/or adults with disabilities (preferred)</li><li>Previous trampoline experience is an asset (but not required—training provided)</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.</li><li>A commitment to client-centered care and creativity in therapy delivery</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><p> A supportive and collaborative work environment<br><br> Unique, movement-based therapy approach<br><br> In-depth training in therapeutic trampolining<br><br> Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives</p><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li>Biweekly Sundays</li><li>One optional weekday afternoon / evening</li></ul><p>Join us at TheraBounce and be part of a dynamic team making therapy fun and effective</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
