In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, ensuring their rehabilitation and recovery needs are met effectively. Responsibilities * Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and needs. * Develop personalized treatment plans to address specific rehabilitation goals. * Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function. * Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and self-management strategies. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Requirements * Valid physiotherapy license in Canada. * Experience in acute care settings preferred. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and families. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
