- Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper use.
- Provide professional advice on prescription and over-the-counter products.
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Manage and maintain accurate patient and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical pharmacy standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Strong knowledge of drug interactions, contraindications, and safe medication use.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred).
- Experience with Fillware pharmacy management software (preferred).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
