<p>Position Overview</p><p>As the Designated Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards, and leading a strong patient-focused team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding clinical services, supporting addiction treatment programs, and driving excellent patient outcomes.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations in accordance with OCP and regulatory standards.</li><li>Lead and mentor the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and ethical obligations.</li><li>Oversee inventory management, narcotics control, and workflow efficiency.</li><li>Deliver and expand clinical services including MedsChecks, vaccinations, compliance packaging, and addiction treatment services.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to enhance patient care.</li><li>Maintain accurate and complete documentation as per OCP and company policies.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; previous management or leadership experience is an asset.</li><li>Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, workflow, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.</li><li>Experience with Kroll pharmacy software.</li><li>Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.</li></ul><p>How to Apply</p><p>Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter to:</p><p>We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: $58.00-$60.00 per hour</p><p>Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
