We are currently hiring for a permanent warehouse associate in Mississauga

$50,000-$53,000
9:00am-5:00pm

*Prefer someone in the medical supplies and/or pharmaceutical warehouse space and someone that can take on some leadership responsibilities if needed*

3 weeks’ vacation

Growth opportunities

• Order picking/packing, shipping/receiving, inventory management, warehouse management
• To receive and inspect deliveries as per SOPs, to pick and pack orders as per SOPs and prepare waybills for shipping where necessary, to manage inventory and warehouse conditions. To manage regular cycle counts as per SOPs.
To keep warehouse area in clean, tidy condition.
• To accept shipments from various suppliers. To work with Customer Care Team (CCT) to provide products to customers and representatives. To inform CCT of any need to order products and supplies from various suppliers.
• Maintain warehouse conditions in a clean and orderly fashion and as per SOP requirements (e.g. temperature and sanitation).
• To receive and inspect deliveries as per SOPs.
• To pick and pack orders (and prepare waybills for shipping where necessary) as per SOPs.
• To work with the company to use the most efficient and cost-effective methods to provide products to customers and representatives while being mindful of any special shipping requirements (e.g no shipping on weekends).
• Tracking orders when required.
• Pack and ship support material to sales force and customers as required.
• Keep track of inventory and inform the company of any concerns, regarding quantities and/or expiry dates.
• To order other products and supplies from various suppliers (e.g. boxes, packing tape, etc.).
• Handle special projects for Marketing and/or Administration as required.
• Provide support to Managing Director, Director of Operations and other team members as required.

3+ years’ experience working in a warehouse associate role – no forklift required
Secondary School diploma preferred.
Experience with RMS scanners preferred
Good computer skills – Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Any experience with warehouse management programs is an asset
The ideal candidate has pharmacy warehousing experience
Outgoing and works well in a team
