About the role: The Patient Experience Lead (PEL) role aims to optimize the patient journey and patient experience of Canadians on UCB products. The PEL will lead the design, implementation, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring of a comprehensive, Patient Support Program (PSP) that will deliver a best-in-class patient, caregiver, and stakeholder experience.

What you’ll do: -Lead the design, implementation, continuous improvement, and performance monitoring of a comprehensive, Patient Support Program (PSP) that will deliver a best-in-class patient, caregiver, and stakeholder experience. -Ensure all patient services and specialty pharmacy services are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and with UCB policies, processes, and procedures. -Collaborate with local and global Commercial Solutions teams to create high value, accessible, patient services, education, program tools, website, and promotional materials. -Managing partner vendor relationships and provide overall program oversight to ensure key performance metrics (KPIs) are met. -Manage program budget with a focus on long-term value creation to ensure sustainability of the PSP. -Collaborate with vendors to build data collection platforms and analytical reports to provide real-time market insights as well as payer-specific reporting tools and /or real-world evidence generation. -Design and implement a continuous feedback mechanism with field colleagues to ensure program excellence and optimization over time based on local field insights. For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills: Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree life sciences, business, or healthcare related fields. -Minimum of 3 years of patient support program management experience, with demonstrated understanding of the connection to longer term business goals and problem-solving experience. -5 years of healthcare related sales, marketing, market access or medical experience. -Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams with cross-functional teamwork capabilities. -Experience working in an environment to ensure full compliance of PSP with company standards and SOPs (Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, etc.). -Talented communicator, who can proactively and positively communicate with all interna and external stakeholders. -Experience in rare and/or specialty diseases, plus bilingual in English & French an asset.
