What you will do:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with our suppliers.
  • Work cohesively with other dealership departments.
  • Oversee inventory management ordering and receiving.
  • Manage and assist your team to provide our customers and technicians with quotes and orders.
  • Look up parts on various online catalogs for a wide variety of vehicles.
  • Source and invoice parts.
  • Hire, train, and maintain department staff.

For this role, come equipped with:

  • A high attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently with little or no supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills and strong attendance record.
  • Knowledge of automotive fundamentals.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
