What We’re Looking For:
-Passion for Italian Cuisine: A deep love and knowledge of traditional Italian dishes, from fresh pasta and risotto to pizza, antipasti, and desserts.
-Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, ideally with catering or restaurant experience.
-Skills: Strong culinary skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Experience with food preparation, cooking, and plating is a must.
-Creativity: Ability to contribute ideas for new dishes or variations on classic recipes.
-Team Player: Ability to collaborate with our team and take direction while also working independently.
-Cleanliness & Organization: Must adhere to high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Responsibilities:
-Preparing and cooking dishes to order for events and catering orders. -Ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest quality. -Assisting with menu planning and food preparation for large events. -Managing inventory of ingredients and supplies. -Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. -Collaborating with our catering team to ensure timely delivery of food for events.
