Were seeking an Oversize Freight Sales Associate to expand our client base, grow long-term partnerships, and help us bring even more quality into this market.</p><p></p><p>What Youll Do:</p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets with other team members.</li><li>Build and maintain lasting client relationships through exceptional service and tailored solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with logistics and operations team to enhance our load management process.</li><li>Actively pursue new business through cold calling, networking, market research and social media.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase Bushell Transports unique capabilities.</li><li>Reduce reliance on load boards by cultivating repeat and referral clients.</li><li>Provide mentorship and leadership to the sales team.</li><li>Explore opportunities to expand into new areas of heavy haul that are outside our current scope.</li></ul><p>What You Bring:</p><ul><li>5 - 10+ years of experience in the transportation industry.</li><li>5 - 10+ years in customer service or client-facing roles.</li><li>Proven track record in freight sales, business development, or logistics coordination.</li><li>Approachable and coachable, a desire to hunt for the best practice to improve performance.</li><li>Strong computer skills with experience in SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365.</li><li>Communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and travel as needed to client sites.</li><li>Passion for safe work practices, heavy haul, over-dimensional freight, and high-stakes logistics.</li></ul><p>Work Environment:</p><ul><li>Work in an office environment or remote/hybrid with possible travel for client meetings and job site visits.</li><li>Occasional exposure to weather, dust, and shop environments.</li><li>Must be comfortable performing site walkarounds.</li></ul><p>Ready to Drive Sales and Build Whats Next?<br />Apply today and help us deliver the impossible.<br><br><span >hr@bushelltransport.com</span><br /><span >www.bushelltransport.com/careers</span></p></p></p>
