Our sales team is expanding, and we are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to service the Saskatchewan & Manitoba markets. This critical role will report directly to our Vice President of Sales with a primary focus on proactively growing sales in the assigned territory.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Collaborate with customers & internal sales team to grow wallet share, while producing excellent results for our customers.
Drive sales day-to-day and at various key trade shows through the year.
Rapidly resolve and respond to problems as they arise.
Quote and negotiate as required, understanding 80/20 and the power of leverage.
Learn quickly, react, and adjust boldly as opportunities arise within the territory.


Requirements


WHAT YOU HAVE:

You have 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of results & growth.
You are comfortable using and are proficient with the full suite of Microsoft Office products.
You possess a valid driver’s license and can provide a clean driver’s abstract.
You are able to travel within the assigned territory as required.
You are legally able to work in Canada.
